Registration Fees

CILA 2027 registration fees

The table below shows the registration fees according to participation type and payment period.

CILA 2027 will take place from May 19 to 21, 2027, in Xalapa, Veracruz, Mexico. Pre-conference workshops will be held on May 18, 2027.

What does the fee include?

Conference only: Includes access to all conference activities on May 19, 20, and 21, 2027, including plenary talks, paper presentations, symposia, and the poster exhibition. The registration fee also includes lunch on all three conference days.

Conference + pre-conference workshops: Includes everything listed above, plus access to two pre-conference workshops on May 18, 2027. A selection of workshops will be offered, and each participant may choose up to two.

Important notes

  • Conference registration will be completed through this website and will open in January 2027. Payment of the registration fee applies only to the registration process and does not replace the submission or acceptance of a proposal. To participate as a presenter, you must submit a proposal during the period specified in the Call for Proposals, which is currently open and will remain open until November 17, 2026.
  • All registration fees are individual and apply to one person. For papers, symposia, and workshops, each participating presenter must register separately and pay their own registration fee. A joint proposal does not mean that a single registration fee covers all participants.
  • All fees must be paid in Mexican pesos (MXN) for registrations made from Mexico and in U.S. dollars (USD) for registrations made from other countries.
  • The Early Bird rate applies to payments made between January and March 2027. The regular rate will apply beginning in April 2027.
  • Group discounts must be requested in advance by emailing cila@uv.mx. The discount is calculated based on the individual regular registration fee.
